On the other hand, France's ambassador in Pristina, Mr. Jean-François Fitou, said that in the course of the meeting he was asked that French institutions assist Kosovo more than they have done so far, promising that they will do that.

“My country has recognized Kosovo as an independent state and will assist it in every aspect and when my country recognized Kosovo, it accepted it in the European family as well, consequently the family must be helped”, said Ambassador Fitou.

He further added that “I am impressed with the life dynamic of Kosovo citizens. Kosovo is working on fighting corruption and is making progress in various fields of life. Kosovo, as part of Europe, deserves an even greater help. Kosovo has convinced investors to come to Kosovo and they have invested and will invest”, he said.
