Ministri Bedri Hamza u takua  me udhëheqësit e projekteve që implementohen nga Banka Botërore në Kosovë

Në Ministrinë e Financave u organizua një takim me të gjithë udhëheqësit e projekteve që implementohen nga Banka Botërore në Kosovë. Në këtë takim morën pjesë ministri i Financave z. Bedri Hamza, menaxheri i Zyrës së Bankës Botërore në Kosovë z. Jan-Peter Olters dhe zyrtarë tjerë të Bankës Botërore. Qëllimi i këtij takimi ishte koordinimi i aktiviteteve në mes projekteve, rritja  e efektivitetit të tyre me qëllim të implementimit sa më të suksesshëm të këtyre projekteve, ku me këtë rast u prezantua edhe instrumenti për menaxhim tremujor të portofolit për projektet e financuara nga Banka Botërore.

Fiscal policies for the purpose of economic development

The Government of Kosovo, respectively the Ministry of Finance, from the beginning has taken measures to draft fiscal policies for the purpose of economic development of our country.

Measures taken so far towards this were related to reducing corporate tax by 50%, so from 20% to 10%. Personal income tax was also reduced, which had a positive impact on business development but also on all employees of the Republic of Kosovo.

For the first time in our country we established lowering of the interest rate charged on overdue tax payments and at the same time we increased the rate of interest paid for delayed reimbursements.

Grants commission, with a toss of the coin has selected the new members for 2012

26.01.2012- Grants Commission in the Ministry of Finance, today was held the ceremony of selecting new members of the Grants Commission, where were present Deputy Minister Ramadan Avdiu , Minister of Local Government, Slobodan Petrovic, head of the commission for Budget and Finance in the Kosovo Assembly, Safete Hadërgjonaj, Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Technology Nehat Mustafa, mayors, members of the Grants Commission for 2011, and Petrit Popova- the Director of the Municipal Budget in the Ministry of Finance.
