  The Ministry of Finance, hosted today a meeting of Grants Commission, attended by the members of this Commission. Newly- appointed members of the Commission were informed of the responsibilities set forth in Article 33 of Law No. 03 / L-49 on Local Government Finance.

  Topics such as aspects of finalizing the 2011-2013 Municipal Draft- Budget and the Draft- Report on Assessment of Adequacy of Municipal Financing System in 2010 were also discussed during the meeting.
